The service

My Bedtime Hero delivers one personalised bedtime story per day, by email, at 7pm. The first 3 stories are free; thereafter the subscription is £9/month until cancelled.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.

Parent responsibility

My Bedtime Hero is a parent-controlled service. The account holder must be a parent or legal guardian responsible for the child's bedtime experience. Parents are responsible for previewing stories before reading them aloud.

Appropriate use

Stories are designed to be gentle, positive and age-appropriate. The service is not a medical, therapeutic or educational substitute and should not be used to treat any condition.

Content limitations

Stories do not include copyrighted characters by name. If your child enjoys a copyrighted world (e.g. superheroes, Disney, Pokemon), we will create original characters in a similar-feeling world.
